Terms and Conditions for Sustainable Wisdom Transfer & Inclusive Thought Leadership

🔥 1. Our Ethos

Game & Bold interventions are not services. They are strategic awakenings.

Each engagement is a co-created journey—designed to transfer wisdom, activate inclusive leadership, and rewire cultural DNA for long-term impact.

🎯 2. Purpose & Scope

These terms govern the use of Game & Bold’s 14 Core Intervention Groups. Each is designed to:

• Sustain wisdom transfer across leadership generations

• Embed diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) into every cultural layer

• Catalyze authentic transformation through immersive experiences or engaging content

🧬 3. Definitions

• Wisdom Transfer: The intentional, embodied passing of leadership insight, cultural intelligence, and strategic know-how.

• Real Play: A facilitated experience where professional goals meet personal calling—activating flow, not friction.

• Co-creation Intelligence: The capacity to build adaptive, inclusive strategies in complexity.

• Leadership Culture Rechart: A diagnostic and design process that maps hidden dynamics and reorients culture toward inclusion and innovation.

🛡️ 4. Intellectual Property

All frameworks, models, and language (e.g., IM Real Play™, Inspiration Modeling™, Co-creation Intelligence Lab™) are proprietary to Game & Bold.

Clients receive usage rights for internal transformation only. External publication or replication requires written consent.

🤝 5. Inclusion Commitment

Game & Bold interventions are rooted in radical inclusion. Clients agree to:

• Treat all people with equal esteem irrespective of their background, beliefs, or status

• Create psychologically safe spaces for all participants

• Engage in cultural humility and adaptive learning

🔐 6. Confidentiality & Data Ethics

We honor the sacredness of story, strategy, and identity. All shared data, diagnostics, and cultural insights will be:

• Treated as confidential

• Used only for the purpose of transformation

• Protected through anonymization and ethical storage practices

🌀 7. Co-Creation & Customization

Every intervention is co-designed. Clients commit to:

• Active participation in design and delivery

• Transparent feedback and iterative refinement

• Shared ownership of outcomes and cultural shifts

📊 8. Evaluation & Impact

Impact is measured through:

• Leadership continuity and wisdom retention

• Cultural integration and DEIB activation

• Strategic clarity and innovation outcomes

Feedback loops are built into every lab, retreat, and pilot.

🌍 9. Cultural Adaptability

Game & Bold honors regional nuance. Interventions may be localized to reflect:

• Language and cultural archetypes

• Leadership styles and organizational norms

• Community values and historical context

🧭 10. Sustainability & Legacy

Clients agree to:

• Embed mentoring cycles, learning tracks, and leadership styles integration

• Activate long-term strategies for wisdom transfer

• Revisit legacy labs and retreats for renewal and alignment

📚 11. Publication & Storytelling

Game & Bold may share anonymized case studies or lexicon outputs. Clients may opt-in to:

• Co-author transformation narratives

• Showcase impact in thought leadership channels

• Contribute to the global wisdom archive

⚖️ 12. Governance & Dispute Resolution

All engagements comply with DEIB/J principles.

Disputes will be resolved through facilitated dialogue, mediation, or arbitration—aligned with the spirit of co-creation.

💠 13. Deposits, Bonus Support & Session Rhythm

Deposit and Bonus Support

Each Game & Bold intervention requires a deposit or allocation of bonus support.

This deposit may be applied toward final delivery, follow-up sessions, or reinforcement activities at the end of the engagement.

It ensures shared commitment and helps sustain momentum throughout the transformation process.

For One-to-One Virtual Session Rescheduling

We understand that schedules shift. If a client needs to reschedule a session, we ask for at least 24 hours’ notice.

This allows us to adjust plans respectfully and keep the process flowing. If a client misses two sessions in a row without giving 24 hours’ notice, a portion of the deposited bonus/reinforcement will be deducted.

This policy helps maintain fairness and continuity. If the pattern repeats, the same rule applies each time—ensuring that both sides stay aligned and the work stays on track. Importantly, this also allows us to refocus our efforts on remediation—redirecting energy toward what’s most significant, more actionable, and most aligned with the present challenges. Rather than forcing outdated agendas, we pivot toward what’s needed now—making space for renewed clarity, attunement, and possibility.

For Missed One-to-One Virtual Sessions by Game & Bold

If Game & Bold misses two consecutive sessions without providing 24 hours’ notice, we will not only recoup the missed sessions but, in addition, offer extra support or added bonus time that the client can later opt in for. This bonus will be valid during and until after the same period of time missed, starting from the last scheduled day of engagement. It’s our way of honoring the rhythm of trust, restoring balance, and recommitting to the transformation journey with goodwill.
