Hi, I'm Februalin Briones, 
story & advocacy architect and founder of Game and Bold.

My story began with a collision of impossible choices.

While I was still in the womb, my older sister’s life was hanging by a thread. She needed immediate, costly heart surgery—and my parents had nothing left to spare.

So my mother did what few would ever speak aloud:

She requested aborting me to protect her first daughter.

But a kind doctor paused… and said:

“You want to save one life by killing another. What if you lose both?”

That question not only saved my life, but also shifted everything.

I'm thankful that amidst chaos, my mom chose life. 

That choice gave me a chance to grow, and with it, a deep appreciation for grit, the boundless potential in every life, and the need to advocate for those without a voice. 

It taught me that friction isn’t the enemy, but the birthplace of transformation. Today, I help leaders and organizations turn their own tensions into breakthroughs. 

My mom showed me that survival is just a simulation—the real WORK is believing in life’s endless possibilities.
